Who the Heck Needs Habeas?

Well, looks like 'ole habeas corpus done bit the dust. She was a good 'ole thing while she lasted. Gee, all these wars and not once did we get rid of habeas corpus . OK, Lincoln tried during the Civil War but the Supreme court said: you can't do that. Lincoln, being a follower of the Constitution, said ok the Court has spoken. Under this administration, even when a Federal court or the Supreme court says "knock it off" , the Unitary Executive says "screw you". Welcome to 1984.

The Democrats get punked again. Here comes a new Bin Laden tape. The Democrats call for withdrawal (with republican help they'll never get). Andy Card of the White House says they're following Bin Laden's instructions. The Democrats fail to point out that this administration has done nothing to capture/kill Bin Laden, hence the tapes.
